The TDI Sidemount Diver course teaches you how to perform technical dives in a sidemount configuration. It is designed for both recreational divers who plan to use the sidemount configuration for future technical diving training and for technical divers who want to begin using this configuration for their dives.
During the training you will practice diving in a configuration that includes use of two or more cylinders.
This course can be combined with other TDI courses such as: Decompression Procedures, Extended Range, Trimix, Advanced Wreck.
The course could be taught either in Phuket or in Krabi in case it is combined with the other Cave or Technical courses.

During TDI Sidemount Course following topics will be covered
1. Gas matching procedures to include dissimilar volumes.
2. Gas management utilizing independent cylinders.
3. Psychological considerations.
4. Equipment considerations:

Student Prerequisites - TDI Sidemount

Open Water Diver certification by TDI Standards but we recommend to have at least AOWD + at least 25 logged dives
