Phuket Dive Sites - Where We Dive
The island of Phuket is located in southwestern Thailand on the coast of the Andaman Sea, which is part of the Indian Ocean. Its proximity to the equator provides comfortable conditions for diving all year round.
Water temperatures range from 26 to 32 degrees, and visibility is usually between 15 and 30 meters. The variety of underwater terrain makes Phuket's dive sites suitable for both recreational and technical diving.
The main dive sites for daily diving trips are located south and east of Phuket. The variety of underwater life will amaze you, and the colorful soft corals will delight you with their diversity.
Racha Yai Island is located approximately 28 kilometers south of Phuket. Its relatively close location, wide range of depths, and large number of dive sites make this island one of the most popular diving destinations, which is usually combined in one trip with Koh Racha Noi.

Racha Noi Island
Racha Noi Island is located several kilometers south of Racha Yai Island. Unlike its neighbor, the island of Racha Noi is uninhabited, and the snow-white sandy beaches of this island will delight you with its pristine purity.

King Cruiser Wreck
The King Cruiser wreck is a Japanese-built ferry boat that transported passengers between Phuket and the Phi Phi Islands. The ship was designed for 600 passengers and had three decks. It was 85 meters long and 25 meters wide. But it's not just another piece of rusty metal - it has turned into a beautiful artificial reef covered with colorful soft corals and surrounded by the schools of fish.

Koh Doc Mai Island
Koh Doc Mai Island is located east of Phuket, on the way to the Phi Phi Islands. In fact, the island of Koh Doc Mai is a cliff with sheer walls rising almost 30 meters above the water. Underwater, the walls extend to a depth of 30 meters, but, if desired, you can easily reach 40 meters. The island is a great place for a wall drift dive. You can also visit beautiful caverns on the east side. Seahorses, ghost pipefish, and different types of nudibranchs can be found as well.

Hin Musang AKA Shark Point
Shark Point is a group of four underwater pinnacles, the highest of which protrudes two meters above sea level. The group of rocks stretches from north to south at depths of up to 25 meters. The first two pinnacles are the most visited because in strong currents - which are more the rule than the exception in this spot- not all divers can even reach the third pinnacle. The place got its name "Shark Point" because of the zebra (leopard) sharks that can be found there. Colorful corals and schools of fish make this place a must-dive.

Anemone Reef
Anemone Reef is an underwater pinnacle which rises from a depth of about 25 meters and peaks at 4 meters below the surface. It was against this rock that the ferry King Cruiser hit and sank nearby - just a couple of hundred meters away. The upper part of the rock is almost completely covered with multi-colored anemones, which is why the dive site got its name.

Phi Phi Islands
The Phi Phi Islands are a group of islands located approximately 50 kilometers east of Phuket. This is one of the most remote destinations for daily diving. Most dive boats take 2.5–3 hours to reach Phi Phi, but the trip is worth it - huge schools of fish, turtles, beautiful corals, swim-throughs, and caverns make it one of the best places to dive near Phuket.
And if you want to dive with sharks, it's the place to go - blacktip reef sharks are a common find there.
